Holiday with your dog
We charge €8.00 per night (without dog food) for your four-legged friend.
Short stays
For stays of fewer than 3 nights, we charge an additional fee of €5.00 per night.
Children’s discounts in parents’ room (with 2 full-paying guests)
Our guests are entitled to free and unlimited use of the Klausberg and Speikboden lift systems in May and June.

The Holidaypass Premium entitles you to free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol: public busses, ski busses, regional trains, and some lift systems (Mühlbach–Meransen, Bozen–Ritten). It also includes a colourful weekly program and discounts for numerous services.
We accept payment in cash (up to €4,999.99 max.), EC card, cashpoint card, Visa, MasterCard, or as an advance payment via bank transfer.
We would be pleased to consider your room requests regarding a specific category. However, we cannot guarantee reservations for specific room numbers or floors.
Without exception, all package deals can only be booked in advance and on the specified dates. Unused services cannot be refunded. Please note that only one discount can be claimed per booking.
We do not grant any discounts for unconsumed meals.
Our mountain chalet has no elevator. Please take this into account when planning your holiday.
Our housekeeping staff ensures maximum hygienic protection in all areas. The rooms are fully disinfected after each departure.
During this time, no single bedroom surcharge for single travellers (minimum stay 7 days) will be charged. Only the daily price will be charged!
7 days half-board or room with breakfast, including Reinerhof wellness services and cozy bathrobe - only pay for 6 days!
