When making your inquiry or reservation, please inform us of any intolerances and allergies to certain foods, so that we can organize ourselves as best we can.

Check-in / check-out

Please note that check-in is only possible from 3:00 pm.
On your departure date, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am at the latest.
If your arrival is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy

Up to 1 month before the start of the holiday: no cancellation fee
From the 29^th to the 14^th day before the start of the holiday: 50% of the total price
From the 13^th day before the start of the holiday or for early departures: 80% of the total price

Payment terms

We accept payment in cash (up to €4,999.99 max.), EC card, cashpoint card, Visa, MasterCard, or as an advance payment via bank transfer.

Room requests

We would be pleased to consider your room requests regarding a specific category. However, we cannot guarantee reservations for specific room numbers or floors.

Package deals

Without exception, all package deals can only be booked in advance and on the specified dates. Unused services cannot be refunded. Please note that only one discount can be claimed per booking.

Unconsumed meals

We do not grant any discounts for unconsumed meals.

No elevator available

Our mountain chalet has no elevator. Please take this into account when planning your holiday.

Safety at the hotel

Our housekeeping staff ensures maximum hygienic protection in all areas. The rooms are fully disinfected after each departure.
