In the morning …
Start your day with our exquisite gourmet breakfast buffet (8:00 to 10:30 am) including homemade bread, organic jams, scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, espresso, lattes, hot chocolate, cappuccinos, different kinds of tea, elderberry and mint syrups, “Oma’s cake,” fresh-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, yogurt, and fresh milk, as well as a selection of specialty sausages and cheeses. On Sundays and public holidays, a champagne breakfast awaits you.
In the evening …
For dinner, treat yourself to culinary delicacies consisting of a rich vegetable and salad buffet and a menu that changes each day with fresh, regional ingredients. We recommend a large selection of South Tyrolean red and white wines from our wine cellar to go with them.
