In the morning …

Start your day with our exquisite gourmet breakfast buffet (8:00 to 10:30 am) including homemade bread, organic jams, scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, espresso, lattes, hot chocolate, cappuccinos, different kinds of tea, elderberry and mint syrups, “Oma’s cake, fresh-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, yogurt, and fresh milk, as well as a selection of specialty sausages and cheeses. On Sundays and public holidays, a champagne breakfast awaits you.

In the evening …

For dinner you can decide yourself ... enjoy culinary delicacies consisting of a rich vegetable, salad an local cheese buffet and a maindish that changes each day with fresh, regional ingredients. There is a surcharge of Euro 20,00! We recommend a large selection of South Tyrolean red and white wines from our wine cellar to go with them. (Wednesday our kitchen remains closed)

Our dining room is the ideal venue for various occasions such as small weddings, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, class reunions, and family and corporate celebrations.
